We, a group of freelancers, are renting out 1 workplace at our shared office of ~ 120 sqm. We have a kitchen, bathroom and a separate meeting room.

The office is in a central, but quiet location. (close to U/S Warschauer Straße) Therefore the transport connection is good and you have a variety of restaurants to eat for lunch around. We are located at the rear building which has a direct access to a very quiet small garden.

One table (2m x 1m) will be 280€ / Month.

Included in the rent are:

- Internet
- Electricity
- Printer/Scanner
- Heating and water
- Cleaning
- Office insurance
- Furniture (Eiermann table)

Our kitchen is equipped with dishes, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine.
